Brianne Garrett
About
Brianne Garrett joined Wine Spectator in 2018 as an editorial assistant.
Originally from Long Island, N.Y., Garrett graduated from Boston University with a degree in journalism and a minor in Spanish. Her love for food and writing took shape with her high-school newspaper column, "Bri's Bites." She went on to serve as editor-in-chief of BU's culinary magazine, TasteBUds, and executive producer for the university's television series, The Hungry Terrier. Rioja sparked her passion for wine while studying abroad in Spain. Nowadays, you can find her in Brooklyn, likely sipping a glass of Riesling or baking something sweet.
